Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zuujis War Games (the "Game"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Game.

1. Who may play

You must be able to form a binding agreement with us to use the Game. Registration does not currently ask for your date of birth or otherwise verify your age. Your account can carry a date of birth, whether recorded now or added later, and if it computes as under 18, your account is treated internally as belonging to a self-declared minor: purchases are then gated behind a parental-consent step that must be recorded before any payment can be made.

This mechanism relies entirely on information we may hold about you, not on anything collected at signup. It is not an identity verification or age-verification system, and we have no independent way to confirm anyone's real age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor is playing without your consent, or has made a purchase without your knowledge, contact us using the address at the end of this document and we will assist with a refund or account restriction consistent with our Refund Policy.

If your local law sets a minimum age for entering into agreements like this one or for making online purchases, you confirm that you meet it, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to play and to authorize any purchases.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. Each player may hold one account; creating or operating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage (including to evade a suspension) is prohibited and treated as the account-trading and cheating conduct described in Section 5.

You are responsible for keeping the email address on your account current and for verifying it. Some features, including purchases, require a verified email address before they can be used.

3. Virtual goods and the licence we grant you

The Game includes virtual currency ("gems"), virtual items, resources, buildings, troops, and other in-game content (collectively, "Virtual Goods"). When you obtain Virtual Goods, whether by playing or by purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to use them within the Game, for as long as the Game operates and your account remains in good standing. You do not own the Virtual Goods, you are not purchasing property, and Virtual Goods have no value outside the Game.

This licence may be suspended or terminated in accordance with Section 6, including as a consequence of the prohibited conduct described in Section 5. Because the licence is not a property interest, its revocation does not entitle you to compensation beyond what our Refund Policy separately provides.

4. No cash-out

Gems and other Virtual Goods cannot be redeemed, exchanged, sold, or converted back into real money, cryptocurrency, or anything of monetary value, whether through us or through any feature of the Game. Any purchase of gems is final in the sense that it cannot later be undone by converting the gems back to cash; it may still be eligible for a refund under the circumstances in our Refund Policy. Offering, requesting, or completing a real-money exchange of Virtual Goods or accounts outside the Game is prohibited conduct under Section 5.

5. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to, and not to help anyone else:

  • Cheat — use unauthorized third-party software, memory editing, packet manipulation, or any other method to gain an advantage not available through normal play.
  • Exploit bugs instead of reporting them — knowingly use a defect, unintended interaction, or misconfiguration for gain rather than reporting it to us. Good-faith bug reports are welcome and will not be treated as exploitation.
  • Automate play — use bots, scripts, macros, or other automation to play the Game on your behalf without our authorization.
  • Trade accounts or Virtual Goods for real value — buy, sell, rent, or otherwise transfer accounts or Virtual Goods outside the Game's own systems, including for real money or other games' currency.
  • Abuse the payment system — file a chargeback or payment dispute for a purchase you actually received, or otherwise misuse Stripe's dispute process to obtain gems or refunds you are not entitled to.
  • Harass other players — engage in harassment, hate speech, threats, or other conduct prohibited by our Community Rules, in chat, in alliance communications, or through any other feature of the Game.
  • Violate any applicable law in connection with your use of the Game.

Our automated abuse-detection systems and human moderators enforce this section and the Community Rules; both apply together.

6. Suspension and termination

We may warn, mute, suspend, or permanently terminate your account, with or without prior notice, if we determine in good faith that you have violated Section 5 or the Community Rules, including for cheating, exploiting, automation, account or Virtual Goods trading, chargeback abuse, or chat conduct. Where practical we will tell you the reason for enforcement action and, for the Community Rules, the appeal path described there applies.

Termination ends your licence to any remaining Virtual Goods on the account. You may also close your account yourself at any time; see our Privacy Policy for how to request deletion and what happens to your data when you do.

7. Changes to the Game and to these Terms

The Game is a live service. We may add, change, rebalance, or remove features, content, buildings, research, troops, or Virtual Goods at any time, including in ways that affect the relative value of things you have already obtained. We will try to give advance notice of changes that materially reduce what a purchase already made can do, but a live, evolving game cannot be frozen in place, and no specific configuration of the Game is guaranteed to continue indefinitely.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will post the updated Terms here with a new "Last updated" date and, where practical, provide additional notice in the Game. Continuing to play after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of loss of progress, Virtual Goods, or data.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or Virtual Goods, arising out of or related to your use of the Game. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for claims relating to the Game is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or a nominal amount if you made no payments. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising under these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States. Nothing here is intended to override consumer-protection rights that applicable law makes non-waivable, including the withdrawal rights described in our Refund Policy.
